Hi, so, I don’t know if you’ve heard, but Parenthood! Is! Hard! That’s why—four months after giving birth—I jumped at the opportunity to experience a week of ~rejuvenation~ in Saint Lucia (you know, the gorg island nation in the Caribbean?) with my husband in tow. (Shoutout to my mom and dad for watching the bébé!!) As much as I ♥ tummy and bath time, I was v much looking forward to some *me* time in paradise…and let me tell ya, I definitely got it. Located on a private beach on the country’s northwest coast, Windjammer Landing Villa Beach Resort is a total stunner, complete with secluded villas, six pools, a chic open-air lobby, and allll the Mediterranean vibes. From the moment I checked in to my two-bedroom beachfront villa (featuring an outdoor terrace and private infinity pool, nbd), I knew I was in for a good time—especially after I received a visit from my personal concierge team (lol, casual), who made my trip literal perfection. No really: they later spent HOURS trying to rescue a cooler bag—which I’d shipped to Saint Lucia ahead of time—from customs so I could transport breastmilk home with me. The dedication!!!
I know you want the deets so you can copy my itinerary, so let’s get into it, shall we? (FYI, my flights, accommodations, meals, and activities were comped in order to write this review.)
Stay
Windjammer Landing Villa Beach Resort: This 65-acre all-inclusive resort—which underwent a major $12-million renovation earlier this year—is seriously luxe. There are TONS of accommodation options for guests, including rooms, suites, and villas. I spent my time in the newly-built Ocean Point Residences, where my suite was decorated with work from local artists and replenished on the daily with fresh fruit, water, soft drinks, and Piton Beer.

When I wasn’t swimming laps in my private infinity pool(!) or lounging on my terrace(!!), I was trying to decide which of the two bathtubs and five showers—indoor and outdoor options, obv—I should use to bathe(!!!). Yep, pretty fancy stuff. BOOK A STAY

Other dining options include The Perch (the new adults-only beachside bar and lounge at Dragonfly), Papa Don’s (an adorable hillside restaurant serving up Italian), and Embers (a casual lunch spot beneath Dragonfly). You’ll also find a coffee bar in the lobby and p-l-e-n-t-y of spots to grab drinks—and if you’re going to get a drink, just promise you’ll order a 14×61 for me. Seriously. You won’t regret it.
